Beer Creek Lake Park

Beer Creek Lake Park is located at Morrison Road and C- 470. It offers an abundance of recreational opportunities and environmental educational programming for all ages. The park is also home to an array of wildlife – snakes, birds, coyotes, prairie dogs, birds of prey, and deer. Its close proximity to the metro area, gives people a chance to experience nature and getaway from the hustle of the city without driving for hours.

Come experience this outdoor venue and all its main attractions. Explore the park by foot, from the deck of a sailboat, on a mountain bike or on the back of a horse. Enjoy it with friends, family or on your own. The pleasures are diverse and many.

You can also enjoy hiking, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, fishing, picnicking and camping on 2600 acres of open space. Sailboats, sailboards, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, and bikes are available to rent Memorial Day to Labor Day at the Soda Lake Marina. It also includes picnic sites, restrooms, playground, concession stand, and two sand volleyball courts. Alcohol and pets are not permitted in this area.

Hours of Operation: May through Labor Day: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm; April and October: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm; November through March: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
