Eat at this restaurant and you'll never eat anywhere else again. This American- style grill, run by Denver restaurateur Rich Saturelli, is a popular lunch spot. Its menu is wide- ranging and mouth- watering, offering burgers, sandwiches, pasta dishes, grilled steaks and Mexican foods like enchiladas. City Grille features a full bar.
It is popular for lunch and dinner while the emphasis is on value. The Grille features a host of California wines, a list of 50 tequilas, and 12 micro and imported beers on tap. City Grille is noted for having "Denver's Best Burger but most important is its menu's emphasis on value, featuring a variety of nightly specials.
The restaurant has won numerous local awards and national attention for both the burger, a gringo stew of pork, jalapeños and tomatoes which are spicy and addictive. You can get a late- night meal here until midnight.
Open since 1998, City Grille is a stone's throw from the capital. Besides the food and specials every night of the week, the bar is fun, too. TVs and a decent jukebox are all you need to accompany your fine food and drinks. In a neighborhood full of dance clubs, a nice quiet bar like this is a treasure.
