Samadhi Yoga

Samadhi Yoga is a sacred place where yoga is worshipped. It means to dissolve into Divine Bliss or to merge with the Divine Spirit.

It is a safe place where people can go and experience what they believe to be the true art of yoga and get involved with a community of like- minded individuals.

The studio offers vinyasa- style yoga as well as Iyengar, kundalini and jivamukti classes as well as workshops, events and a retail store. Squeeze in a yoga class on your lunch break. One- hour noon classes are offered Monday through Friday.

Every teacher has something different to offer. Most of their classes are taught in the Vinyasa style, which means flow. This well- balanced practice combines hard work with deep relaxation to build core strength, flexibility, concentration and a sense of serenity. This class is taught at several different levels.
