Denver Center for Performing Art

A showcase for live theatre, a hotbed of culture since 1972, the Denver Center of Performing Art is a nurturing ground for new plays famed as an award- winning multi- media production facility, a national training school for actors, and the site of a voice clinic and research facility. The complex consists of two producing divisions, the Denver Center Theatre Company (1998 Tony Award winner for Outstanding Regional Theatre) and Denver Center Productions.

Apart from offering several opportunities for families to spend time discovering the arts together throughout the year, the center's mission is to provide students of all ages with the means to actively explore the beauty, diversity, complexity to generate an appreciation of theatre arts as a vital force in their lives and challenges of the world around them through the dramatic process enabling them to develop their own creative voice through a genuine understanding of the art form and its role in society.

The center also offers espresso and wine bars, catered events, an on- site restaurant, conference spaces and covered parking.

Timings: Monday- Saturday 10am- 6pm.
