Mecury Café

Originally incarnated in March, 1975, the casual, friendly environment and community oriented, Mercury Cafe is a smoke free nightclub and restaurant where the late- night set is made by the area's musicians and hipsters with live jazz, swing and more exotic sounds for Punkers, tattooed bohemians and hippies of all ages quaff. Poetry and small- theater buffs also get their fix here.

Called as a ‘community center' by owner Marilyn, The cafe exudes a vague hippie aura and serves as a dance club, concert hall, restaurant, bakery and coffeehouse offering the list of delicious organic International Cuisine, genre- blending specials that feature seafood, organic produce and Mexican touches, It is hard to pinpoint the exact style of this eclectic nightspot, serving up everything from Celtic and Cajun to theater and poetry.

They serve special food for a Polish wedding, retirement celebration, Wild Salmons for a Scottish Wedding, graduation celebration and a DJ with an amazing in house sound system.

Hours : Tuesday- Sunday 5:30 - 11:00pm. Sat and Sun 9am - 3pm.
