Kirkland museum

To acquire, preserve, maintain, display and exhibit paintings of the distinguished Colorado artist, Vance Kirkland established in 1996, The Kirkland Museum. The museum features collections of 20th- century decorative arts with more than 3,000 examples of Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau, Wiener Werkstätte, De Stijl, Bauhaus, Art Deco, Modern, and Pop Art.

The collection of the museum highlights decorative art objects primarily from the 1880s to the 1970s. Over 200 furniture works , a number of America's important art potteries and ceramists including eminent artists like Fulper and Weller, metalware pieces, the iconic ceramic tableware designs, several items of glassware by Loetz, Germany, considered the most important glass company in Germany circa 1900.

From baby bottle warmers to clocks and coffee makers, all are represented at Kirkland Museum.
